GIM has developed a new creative workshop method called "Idea Market". This innovative approach to co-creation is based on the principles of a marketplace and is used when it comes to innovation. It aims to generate new ideas for brands, products, services or communications that are immediately validated by consumers for optimized implementation. This process saves time and costs while providing maximum density and depth of ideas.

To this end, our clients and their target consumers are divided into multidisciplinary teams and work together on the basis of a mix of creative techniques (e.g. role-playing, fun activities, competitions, storytelling and much more). Thus the essential benefits of Co-Creation and Gamification are brought together. The Co-Creation approach allows an optimal transition between "thinking" and "doing". It is a real booster of creativity coupled with a team building experience par excellence, which makes the Idea Market a particularly strategic and unifying exercise.
