Roadmap to innovation

We think that innovation research can only be successful if it is understood as an integrated and iterative process.

“Integrated” means that we combine qualitative and quantitative approaches, as well as online and offline methods, from our extensive method portfolio to create tailor-made and targeted research designs. 

“Iterative” means that the project phases build on each other and that the results of each research step constitutes the platform for the subsequent step.

Our “Roadmap to innovation” is a well-tried framework on the basis of which we have successfully conducted numerous innovation projects during the past 10 years.

The framework can of course be flexibly adapted to slimmer research designs, which means that not every single module has to necessarily be included. It is nevertheless important that in these cases, innovation is still understood as a process that must be designed in an iterative and integrated way.
