Precise answering of research questions in Web 2.0 by using and combining different qualitative and quantitative online methods 

Method
GIM Online / GIM Connect™ is our general online research platform. The structure of the community tool is modular, offering the opportunity to use different online methods individually, or to combine them with each other, for example online chats. From the quick ‘Concept Weekend’ to the intensive ‘Co-Creation’, we develop each community design adjusting it precisely to our clients’ research questions. We apply our community procedures both at a national and an international level, with international country experts supporting us in moderation and contact to respondents. Online community methods are also associated with an internal transfer of expertise: the GIM Connect team supports the respective customer account manager in the conception and implementation of the community, thus pooling and combining customer and methodological expertise.
