Method
Our interviewers capture the respondents' answers directly with special software on a digital end device (PC, handheld device, tablet, laptop). In contrast to paper & pencil interviews, the intermediate steps of coding and entering the data can be left out.

The interviews are conducted personally and the data is available in digital form immediately after the interview.
