Method
Our interviewers interview test persons via telephone. The respondents’ answers are immediately entered into a computer (PC, laptop, tablet).

In contrast to CAPI interviews, the interviews do not have to be conducted in person (face-to-face).Telephone interviews are time-saving and thus cost-efficient.

The data is immediately available for analysis in digital form.
