Image study on German market research companies: GIM among the top 3
19.07.2018
The German market research site marktforschung.de conducted a study on the study of the current image of institutes in Germany. GIM reached one of the top places and placed third overall.
The third image study of the leading industry portal looks at the 24 largest full-service institutes in Germany. The results provide insights into the reputation and image of the institutes. The image was measured in six dimensions. GIM achieved a top position in five out of six dimensions. In terms of quality ("Which institute has the highest standard?"), GIM ranked second; in terms of "service orientation" and "innovation & creativity", GIM ranked third.
"The result of the image study confirms our commitment to quality, methodical innovation and best service for our customers" says GIM Managing Director Stephan Teuber. "The fact that, from the point of view of our customers, we have apparently succeeded in achieving the set goals as well as achieving relevant research results together is an incentive for us to continue to focus on quality and sustainability" adds Stephan Teuber.
More than 500 survey participants took part in the study, including institute market researchers, company market researchers and clients as well as other service providers. Only the answers of the company market researchers were taken into account for the ranking. The study was last carried out in 2015, when GIM was also among the top institutes and also ranked third in the overall ranking.
